ECS晶振ECX2-LMV系列,编码ECX2-LMV-7CN-125.000-TR,是一款LVDS输出差分晶体振荡器,小体积晶振尺寸7.0x5.0mm六脚贴片晶振,有源晶振,工作电压范围为2.375V至3.63V,频率范围100.000MHz至320.000MHz,频率温定性±25PPM,工作温度-40℃至+85℃,ECX2-LMV系列有源晶振具有小体积,轻薄型,低电源电压,低抖动,低功耗,低损耗,低耗能,满足产品低消耗电流的特点。应用:SONET/SDH,光纤通道,千兆以太网,存储区域网络,宽带接入,FPGA/DSP,测试和测量等

ECX2-LMV MultiVolt™ LVDS低抖动振荡器在2.375V至3.63V低于50fs的频率下以156.250MHz运行。
具有LVDS 输出的ECX2-LMV系列低抖动MultiVolt振荡器采用3.2mmx2.5mmx0.9mm (LWH) 封装尺寸。这些器件具有24mA(最大值)的低功耗和同类最佳的集成RMS相位抖动,(12kHz至20MHz),在156.250MHz时低于50fs。ECX2-LMV的工作电压范围为2.375V至3.63V,在-40℃至+85℃的工作温度范围内具有±25ppm的稳定性。
