TG2016SMN25.0000M-MCGNNM0为爱普生原装进口2016封装TCXO温补有源晶振,尺寸2.0×1.6×0.73mm四脚贴片结构,标准输出25MHz削峰正弦波,适配1.8~3.3V低电压晶振.全温-40℃~+85℃频率稳定度±0.5ppm,常温初始频差±1.5ppm,首年老化仅±0.5ppm,搭载自研第三代温补IC,相位噪声表现优异.整机功耗低至1.5mA,内置使能引脚方便设备电源管控,金属气密封装抗震防潮,耐受多次回流焊,符合RoHS无铅标准,卷带标准化出货.无需外部匹配电容,简化PCB外围电路,兼顾微型体积与工业级高精度,广泛用作GNSS射频,无线IoT,便携检测设备基准时钟,高低温工况频漂极小,大幅降低无线通信误码问题.
